COMMANDER
The boat is operated exclusively by personnel appointed by Zanetti Larry who hold the qualifications to operate the vessel.

ANIMALS
They are allowed on board, the owner is 100% responsible for the animal and any damage caused to the boat.

BOARDING AND DISEMBARKATION
Boarding, disembarking and docking boarding and disembarking may take place in all places authorized for this purpose and safely accessible for both passengers and the vessel. Stops are possible that will use appropriate safely accessible docking points. The evaluation of available facilities and the opportunity to dock are done directly by the Commander, taking into account weather situations and considering the safety of passengers and the vessel.

RESERVATION & CANCELLATION
E’ it is possible to cancel the reservation. If you notify 48 hours before the booking date and time in writing via email or WhatsApp, you will be refunded the amount paid (full amount paid) within 7 working days. If the customer decides to cancel during the service or less than 48 hours after the service, 50% of the total service will be withheld.

WEATHER POLICY
In the event of adverse weather conditions such as strong winds, rain, thunderstorms, the decision on canceling the tour will be up to the commander alone. If the tour is canceled, you will first try to reschedule, and otherwise, if rescheduling is not possible, you will be refunded the full amount.

DAMAGE
If the customer causes obvious damage to the vessel, this means that the damage will be calculated and payment requested.

DISEASE and SAFETY
Passengers unable to swim must promptly notify the captain and wear life jackets for the duration of the tour. If you feel physically unwell during the tour, you should inform the captain that he will evaluate the best solution. If we are forced to interrupt the tour due to various ailments that prevent the cruise, we warn you that there is no refund, the full amount must be paid in any case. E’ your responsibility to ensure that you are able to swim, to do water sports, you must always notify those who are unable to swim. E’ your responsibility if you immerse yourself in water during the first 2 hours following alcohol/food intake. For the first 5 minutes of diving, it is mandatory to use the lifejacket provided on the boat. ACTIVITA’ SWIMMING
Swimming and water sports activities are possible upon request to the captain, who, evaluating the weather conditions, must give his unquestionable approval. Larry Zanetti will bear no responsibility for the injury or death of the contractor or other passengers during swimming and water sports activities.

NARCOTIC SUBSTANCES

No refund will be due for any part of the tour that may not have taken place.

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Zanetti Larry informs pursuant to Decree Law 196/2003 and subsequent amendments and additions that the personal data of the company or person in question are processed in paper or electronic form only for the purposes of fulfilling legal and tax contractual obligations or debt collection.
